Most people feed their dogs dry kibble or wet food which contains all the nutrients a dog needs. Unlike cats, dogs aren’t strict carnivores and need some fruit and vegetables within their diet. High-quality dog food will contain meat, vegetables, fruits and grains.

Because of the range of benefits both wet and dry food offers a mixed approach that may help you get the most out of meal times. Combining wet and dry foods can give them a variety of textures and flavours to keep mealtimes engaging.
Dogs that are fed a commercial diet should not require vitamin supplements because the food is designed to meet your dog’s requirements however, if your dog is being fed homemade food or raw fed, we’d recommend including supplements as part of that diet to ensure they’re getting all the nutrients they need to live a happy and healthy life.
