Simply connect a heat mat, heat cable or ceramic heater, then set your target temperature. From there, the thermostat's electronic Triac switch keeps conditions steady. In fact, it holds temperature far more accurately than a conventional thermostat. As a result, your reptile avoids the stressful swings a basic thermostat can't prevent.
